via disobedient media – The ongoing litigation of the DNC Fraud Lawsuit and the appeal regarding its dismissal took a stunning turn yesterday. The defendants in the case, including the DNC and former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, filed a response brief that left many observers of the case at a loss for words.
The document, provided by the law offices of the Attorneys for the Plaintiffs in the case, Jared and Elizabeth Beck, and appears to argue that if the Democratic Party did cheat Sanders in the 2016 Presidential primary race, then that action was protected under the first amendment. Twitter users were quick to respond to the brief, expressing outrage and disgust at the claims made by representatives of the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
The Defense counsel also argued that because of Jared Beck’s outspoken twitter posts, the plaintiffs were using the litigation process for political purposes: “For example, Plaintiffs’ counsel Jared Beck repeatedly refers to the DNC as “shi*bags” on Twitter and uses other degrading language in reference to Defendants.” Fascinatingly, no mention is made regarding the importance of First Amendment at this point in the document.
QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, I read all the words after the film. I found it interesting that the filmmaker went to the government and asked them to explain their position and nobody would appear. Instead, they just threatened NetFlix and everyone else to ban the film in the United States. It was on TV here in Canada. This really exposes how corrupt the entire system truly is and the press just goes along with this corruption. Do you think this will change anytime soon?
ANSWER: The corruption is starting to surface. There is a mysterious memorandum that Trump released that demonstrates the corruption in the FBI, which infects the courts and the Department of Justice. Naturally, the Democrats were against it because it demonstrates the conspiracy between the FBI and the Democrats.
via Beware One – An NFL entertainment lawyer, who has worked for the corporation for more than 15 years, has been found dead in New York City hours after telling reporters that Super Bowl LII is “rigged.”
Dan Goodes was found dead in his hometown of New York City in what early reports described as an “gangland-style execution”, hours after blowing the whistle on the “rigged Super Bowl” backstage at a promotional event in Minneapolis.
Early reports claim the 49-year-old was found shot dead in a 2017 BMW 2 Series, along with one other man, believed to be a close friend.
An ominous environmental report just revealed that the water of 170 million Americans is tainted with radioactive waste and the government is covering it up.
A damning report from the Environmental Working Group has just revealed that drinking water for more than 170 million Americans in all 50 states contains radioactive elements that are shown to cause cancer. Not only does the report expose the deadly levels of radiation but it also shows that officials have been actively covering it up.
EWG’s investigation consisted of testing the water supplies of nearly 50,000 public water systems from all 50 states. Researchers found that from “2010 to 2015, more than 22,000 utilities in all 50 states reported radium in the treated water delivered to customers’ taps.”
Trump targets human rights abusers with executive order
Trump signed an executive order declaring a national emergency related to “serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world” and imposed sanctions on 13 individuals, using his authority under the 2016 Global Magnitsky Act.
via Strategic Culture – The first time when it became clear to me that I live in a dictatorship was in 2014 when reading, prior to its publication, the landmark (and still the only) scientific empirical study to address the question as to whether or not the United States federal Government is, authentically, a democracy — or, whether, alternatively, it’s instead more of a dictatorship, than a democracy. This study documented conclusively that America’s Government is the latter.
So, on 14 April 2014, I headlined “US Is an Oligarchy, Not a Democracy, Says Scientific Study”. Subsequently, my editor linked it to the published article at the Journal where the study was published, Perspectives on Politics, from the American Political Science Association, and the full study can be read there.
On 30 April 2014, was posted at youtube the video that remains, to this day, the best and clearest ordinary-language summary of what that badly-written academic study proved. See its explanation here:
via PRI – If you’ve followed the War on Terror at all, you’re almost certainly familiar with the US detention facility at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba — a US prison that exists outside the realm of the US justice system.
Now, it turns out, there’s a secret US detention system in the War on Drugs, too — and this one is aboard US Coast Guard cutters sailing in the Pacific Ocean.
In an effort to staunch the flow of cocaine and other hard drugs from South America to Central America and points north, Coast Guard cutters have been deployed farther and farther from the shore in the Pacific Ocean. When these cutters capture a boat carrying drugs, the smugglers are brought onto the ships and kept shackled to the deck, sometimes outside in the elements, until the Coast Guard makes arrangements for them to be transported back to the US for trial.
But this isn’t a wait of just a few hours or days. Often, these waits can last weeks or months, according to new reporting from The New York Times. Coast Guard officials say they can do this because the drug smugglers aren’t under arrest until they reach US shores, but some of the worst cases are drawing criticism even from Coast Guard officials.
by belisoful – India has a “worthless” Zero Rupees Bank Note that is used to conduct commerce with corrupt public servants and corporate employees. It is specifically designed to manage bribery and corruption; as bribery and corruption is/was a leading issue in third world countries like India, Inc. The founder of The 5th Pillar Zero Rupees Note has expanded into creating a Zero Currency Note for nearly every country.
Here is how it works:
Warren points out the issues, however, the duality Republicrats are not a solution. Neither sit “gets it”: THE ENTIRE LEGAL SYSTEM IS RIGGED BY THE UNITED NATIONS. The United States is merely an organ of the UNITED NATIONS. The UN has replaced EVERY US Courtroom with UN Competent National Tribunals…. Meaning that THERE IS NO METHOD TO CORRECT the United Nations Only the UN can change the UN. That’s why politics are bull shit folks… the UN controls all codes and laws. Warren is/was misinformed here.
There is no “reform” for criminal justice because the entire US justice system is criminal and rigged.
Citizens United v F.E.C. cannot be overturned. Even with a Constitutional amendment, it cannot be overturned. This is due to the nature of using DEBT as MONEY. The best definition of “the freedom of speech” is the “issuance of debt instruments.” This mean that we cannot reverse Citizen United V FEC until the UNITED STATES stops using debt as money. The Debt As Money Franchise cannot be changed because it was created and authorized by the UN-IMF-BIS. No other system of “money” is permitted. The “DEBT AS MONEY” franchise ponzi scheme is operated from the FREEDOM OF DEBT-SPEECH right of artificial persons. To overturn Citizen United V FEC, means a total change in the legal system and a removal of the UNITED NATIONS from the United States.
(ANTIMEDIA) — Officers planting evidence appear to be growing a tree of corruption at the Baltimore Police Department, as the second release of suspicious body camera footage in two weeks has led to more dropped drug charges.
On Tuesday evening, Baltimore defense attorney Josh Insley released BPD body camera footage showing officers apparently faking the recovery of drugs from a woman’s vehicle. The three videos led the Baltimore state attorney’s office to drop charges against Insley’s client, Shamere Collins, on Monday, the Baltimore Sun reported.
Insley plans to sue the police department to seek justice for Collins, 35, who was pulled over on November 29, 2016, when police say they observed what looked like a drug deal involving the passenger of her vehicle, according to the Sun.
[7/11/17 MICHAEL SNYDER] Did you know that many members of Congress spend three or four hours a day “dialing for dollars” in cramped call centers that both parties have set up in Washington? I promised that I would keep all of you updated on what I am learning as I run for Congress, and what I learned the other day just about had me losing my lunch. I always imagined members of Congress spending long hours in their offices working on legislation and other important matters, but the truth is that most members of Congress are little more than glorified telemarketers at this point. Winning the next election is everything for most of these Congress critters, and so they spend far more time making cold calls to potential donors than doing anything else.
Have you ever had a politician call you up in the middle of the day begging for money? It is an absolutely disgraceful thing to do, but the truth is that money is the number one factor in determining election outcomes, and so our professional politicians have an endless appetite for it.
Every two years, more than a billion dollars is spent on congressional elections, and those that are masters at raising money just keep winning over and over again. Something desperately needs to be done to fix our fundamentally flawed system, but neither party seems to have any desire to take the money out of politics.
A couple of weeks ago, I wrote an article about the fact that the U.S. House of Representatives will only be in session for 147 days this year. But even on those days, members of Congress are not exactly spending much time doing what they were elected to do.
During an interview with 60 Minutes, U.S. Representative Rick Nolan told Norah O’Donnell that members of Congress are expected to spend about 30 hours a week “dialing for dollars” in their respective call centers…
We open today’s reckoning with a hypothesis:
The current monetary system debauches the culture.
Long-suffering readers are familiar with our… diminished regard for paper money.
Paper money — or digital money nowadays — is the great bogeyman of the boom/bust cycle. It inflates bubbles of every model and make.
Meanwhile, paper money fuels big government… as oxygen fuels fire.
But paper money’s effects on the culture?
