via The Verge by Russell Brandom – In five minutes, a single person faked a fingerprint and broke into my phone. It was simple, a trick the biometrics firm Vkansee has been playing at trade shows for months now. All it took was some dental mold to take a cast, some play-dough to fill it, and then a little trial and error to line up the play-dough on the fingerprint reader. We did it twice with the same print: once on an iPhone 6 and once on a Galaxy S6 Edge. As hacks go, it ranks just a little harder than steaming open a letter.
Of course, this particular method only works if you have help from the person whose fingerprint you need — and even then, it’s not a foolproof system. As luck would have it, my own fingertips turned out to be too smooth to leave an impression, so we had to rely on our director Phil Esposito, who had his thumb successfully molded and used it to unlock both phones.

Nurse arrested after refusing to allow detective to take blood from unconscious patient
By all accounts, the head nurse at the University of Utah Hospital’s burn unit was professional and restrained when she told a Salt Lake City police detective he wasn’t allowed to draw blood from a badly injured patient.
The detective didn’t have a warrant, first off. And the patient wasn’t conscious, so he couldn’t give consent. Without that, the detective was barred from collecting blood samples — not just by hospital policy, but by basic constitutional law.
Still, Detective Jeff Payne insisted that he be let in to take the blood, saying the nurse would be arrested and charged if she refused.

It is important to note that this rule change implicitly presumes that ALL COMPUTERS and PHONES are PERSONAL PROPERTY actually owned by the U.S. INC, whereby the computers and phones are only REPRESENTATIVE OWNERSHIP.
The artificial person that represents the human being is the one that owns the computer/phone!
This cannot be understated!!! If you believe in PRIVATE PROPERTY… If you believe in the US Constitution, then Amendment 5 protects all private property as requiring to be COMPENSATED for public use. This includes the presumption of legal ownership by the “Governmental Services Corporation” and mere equitable title (title of usufruct usage) for the human being.

“Today more than half of our youth council were attacked, injured or arrested. In addition to our brothers and sisters being hurt and incarcerated, we saw police steal our sacred staff…

Cannonball, ND – Over 300 police officers in riot gear, 8 ATVs, 5 armored vehicles, 2 helicopters, and numerous military-grade humvees showed up north of the newly formed frontline camp just east of Highway 1806. The 1851 Treaty Camp was set up this past Sunday directly in the path of the pipeline, on land recently purchased by DAPL. Today this camp, a reclamation of unceded Dakota territory affirmed as part of the Standing Rock Reservation in the Ft. Laramie Treaty of 1851, was violently cleared. Both blockades established this past weekend to enable that occupation were also cleared.
In addition to pepper spray and concussion grenades, shotguns were fired into the crowd with less lethal ammunition and a sound cannon was used. At least one person was tased and the barbed hook lodged in his face, just outside his eye. Another was hit in the face by a rubber bullet.

On February 10, 1987, Tennessee Department of Revenue Operations Supervisor Denise Rottero told Judge Geer how Tennessee’s auto registration works.
The process begins with the “surrender” of the Manufacturer’ s Statement of Origin (MSO) [ED: MCO] by the auto dealer to the Department of Revenue in exchange for Certificate of Title. Asked if a MSO is proof of ownership -Legal title -to the automobile. Ms. Rottero said, “Yes”
“Are you telling me that the ownership of an automobile is NOT title; it’s merely evidence that title exists. Your car’s legal TITLE is the MSO, which the dealer surrendered to the state.” Ms. Rottero said the MSO [ED: MCO] is put on microfilm for permanent keeping, the original destroyed.

Compliance is no longer enough to “be safe” when interacting with legal fictional CORPORATE POLICY ENFORCERS. They take their job of BEING THREATENED and KILLING PEOPLE (aka: an egocentric projection of the policy enforcers threatening everyone around them, including those who comply). Some Policy Enforcers stole this author’s private property automobile… They are a direct threat to capitalism if they refuse to protect/enforce/allow private property by stealing all private property (by legalizing it, under color of law /statutory code [1933/1938]/marshal law-Leiber Code )
When compliance itself could mean death, what authority do these policy enforcers have? Who investigates and puts policy enforcers on trial? The Government has a vested interest in ALLOWING maximal abuse upon its citizenry (which is actually literal slavery, maybe with extra steps). There is no “self-defense” allowed against policy enforcers whom are mere DEBT COLLECTORS for a criminal and corrupt legal system of the UNITED STATES, INC… who operate the governmental services corporation slavery system. Furthermore, it has become increasingly enforced as illegal to expose any illegal behavior of a “governmental services corporation agent/official.” The governmental agencies refuse to look into any criminal actions as finding any would harm the image of authority, and there is so much!
If both non-compliance and compliance could be death, then how about we get back to basic human rights? Such as the right to private property?

The U.S. Department of Justice is changing its Federal Rules assuming that EVERY COMPUTER and EVERY PHONE is legalized and personal property rather than private property.
Personal Property is property owned by the legal presence corporation insurance franchise “artificial person” TRADE NAME. Private property is owned by the human being WITHOUT the “Artificial trade name PERSON.” If computers were actually PRIVATE PROPERTY, the Department of Justice couldn’t hack any computer without violating the Constitution.
Luckily for the Department of Justice, the INCORPORATED CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES (rather than the original Organic Constitution FOR the United States of America) can be lowered in its status to BELOW that of STATUTORY CODE (which is a bastardization of Admiralty Law/Maritime Law).

If anyone with a “scan” of the finger print can re-create the “biometric security identity,” then finger prints are NOT useful in identifying and securing the “identity” of the user.
We leave these finger prints EVERYWHERE: door handles, water glasses, pens, table tops, all over your car. Given the public accessibility to the finger prints we leave nearly everywhere we go, a finger print does not identify the user in a secure way. Should a hacker get the finger print database, there is no method to CHANGED our biometric data.

The Corporate Governments appear to have three classifications of PROPERTY:
- Private Property – This is privately owned and cannot be taxed, confiscated, and/or used without the owners authorization, otherwise a Common Law crime is committed.
- Public Property – This is property owned and operated by the government by consent of the governed by contractual agreement.
- PERSONAL PROPERTY – This is property turned over to the government and owned by representation through an INDIVIDUAL. Within Legal code, an INDIVIDUAL has a very specific meaning: a human being operating as a legal presence incorporation, statutory person.
