Liability is the default mode and makes the living wo/men surety and guarantor for the performance and obligations of the legal presence artificial person. This consequence is found in UCC §3-419 (a) and (c).

I know exactly how you feel… I was SWATed and charged with 42 years for demanding constitutional rights of a judge that was documenting, in court filed documents, to be violating the law against me. We have an extremely serious problem. “law” is absolutely being abused against us. “psychiatry” is also being used against us. eg. Despite all attorneys knowing that “everything legal is fiction”… I’ve heard state psychiatrists “agree to disagree about that”! What the fuck? That was many many years ago and it has been hard ever since….raised my son on my own raised him since he was 4 bankrupted myself cuz of it…fuckin lawyer cunts. And well my pension is ok but in Canada house is average 350-400k n I dont have 40k and it was just recently I learned about this stuff n im trying to navigate it right hence why im here n hoping I can get some guidance from you and I can pass it on to my fellow canucks …well some specific.
