State of New York proceeded with introducing these draconian measures because New York City (United Nations) already has vax and mask mandates. According to the US-UN HQ Treaty – Annex 1, the UN “widened” their territory to Manhattan, City of New York, and State of New York. New York State is literally the “deep state” owned and operated by the United Nations. New York City is separate from the 50 States just like DC is separate from the 50 States. If vax and mask mandates were instituted in New York City, then the next step would be the State of New York; as these gov’t corporations were owned and operated by the same United Nations. Live vaccines such as the MMR do not require aluminum salts. We now know that aluminum salts are biopersistent and cumulative. In other words, they travel all over the body and we inject them at a faster rate than children can excrete them, via the vaccination program. “Everyone will be issued a written card that they can put in their wallet that will tell them what they had and when their next dose is due,” says Dr. Kelly Moore, associate director of the Immunization Action Coalition. “Let’s do the simple, easy thing first. Everyone’s going to get that.”

via Off-Guardian – An appeals court in Portugal has ruled that the PCR process is not a reliable test for Sars-Cov-2, and therefore any enforced quarantine based on those test results is unlawful.
Further, the ruling suggested that any forced quarantine applied to healthy people could be a violation of their fundamental right to liberty.
Most importantly, the judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection.
The specifics of the case concern four tourists entering the country from Germany – all of whom are anonymous in the transcript of the case – who were quarantined by the regional health authority. Of the four, only one had tested positive for the virus, whilst the other three were deemed simply of “high infection risk” based on proximity to the positive individual. All four had, in the previous 72 hours, tested negative for the virus before departing from Germany.

At the same time, these data also confirm the virus remains extremely dangerous to people over the age of 70, and the CDC estimates that 1 in 18 elderly people who contract the virus (i.e. are “infected”) end up being killed by it.
Meanwhile, the Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) for people 50 – 69 years is 1 in 200, making it far deadlier than the seasonal flu for individuals in that group.
But for people aged 20 – 49 years, the IFR drops to just 1 in 5000. This means that for every 5,000 people who are infected within this age group, one fatality is expected.
Those below the age of 20 have an even lower fatality rate: About 1 in 33,000.
In summary, the risk of death from the coronavirus in people under the age of 50 is extremely small, and approaching zero.
These numbers are based on the CDC’s new data released at the following link, using “Scenario 5” which is labeled, “Current Best Estimate.”
Mike Adams (Natural News) The State of Hawaii is turning the H-3 freeway on Oahu into a mandatory COVID-19 road block checkpoint, blocking traffic in both directions and subjecting travelers to mandatory testing, reports Hawaii News Now. (Natural News) The Supreme Court of the State of New York has overturned the medical martial law declaration of Rockland County, NY, whose “head executioner,” Ed Day, had declared a state of emergency and threatened to imprison children and teens for up to six months if they were caught in public unvaccinated.
In utter violation of human rights and civil liberties, Ed Day had threatened all the children of Rockland County with jail time if they dared step foot in a church, school, mall, government building, public library or a public transportation bus.
