In accordance with your instructions and in forwarding to you this report, the Investigation Group has the honour to convey to you its findings on the characteristics of the COVID-19 epidemic, as we were able to observe them.

In order to propose a prevention protocol and to provide information on therapeutic approaches, it is necessary to establish the parameters of the pathogenic agent, which has revealed serious inconsistencies in the official version.

These inconsistencies have led to the identification of obvious corruption and an agenda contrary to public welfare, culminating in criminal and genocidal intent, and the implementation of a totalitarian state, which are reported in our conclusions.

London — As human trafficking scandals rock the world, London has been at the forefront of the child sex market. Now, it appears, they are also operating a massive modern-day slave trade. According to a London top cop, Britain’s capital has become a hotspot for forced labor and sex slavery.

There are an estimated 13,000 victims of forced labor, sexual exploitation and domestic servitude in Britain, according to Government data and the police have no idea how to handle it.

According to Detective Chief Inspector Phil Brewer, head of Scotland Yard’s anti-slavery unit, human trafficking is now on the rise in Britain’s capital.

The cases of slavery in 2017 that have been referred to the police are already nearing the totals for 2016. As of the end of June, 820 cases of slavery were reported to authorities as compared to just 1,013 in all of 2016.

Police admit they are not sure how to deal with the problem. The chief said this admission came after they were treating many of the victims of slavery as actual suspects.

The Future is Now: E.T. Disclosure Won’t Be Televised

The E.T. Disclosure won’t be televised, until it is.  There is plenty of clear evidence that there is a much greater reality beyond Earth’s atmosphere.  Faster than light “engines” are basic Tesla technology that has been suppressed since the late 19th century.  Tesla’s work exposed the science of the esoteric [sigil] “magics” and rituals such as the Khazarians abuse.

The effects available from the scalar wave technologies is momentous.  Medically, these technologies could cure all infections (viral, bacterial, parasitic), speed healing at least 10x, and even reverse aging.  Time itself is a scalar frequency just like Space and Matter.  Traveling anywhere on the planet is easy and could be done with a quantum tunnel Jump Room; even an iPhone app.  Moving goods anywhere on the planet would be as simple as “jumping it.”  It would be like an Instance UPS/Fedex without any cost.  Dial someone else jump-closet and press go.  Copies of anything could be made perfectly.  High energies are not needed for these technologies, only the proper frequency/vibration is necessary.  It’s an information issue, which can be copyright.

The Many Sovereign City-States: Vatican City, City of London & Westminster, DC, UN (New York City), CERN, Monaco, Geneva, Singapore and the World

Generally, it is discussed among the knowledgeable that the Vatican City, City of London, and City of Washington DC were sovereign city-states.  These city-states essentially owned the world by uninformed consent and franchises.  There are other City-States and they are just as important as these three.  The handful of City-States are the United Nations-City of New York, C.E.R.N., Republic and Canton of Geneva/Switzerland, Moscow City, Monaco, Singapore, World, and several other lesser important city-states (for this discussion, that is).

Overview

The methods of issuing our own negotiable instruments with/in the UNITED STATES, INCORPORATED -and any governmental services corporation world-wide- is found in the UNITED NATIONS Convention on International Bills of Exchange and International Promissory Notes, and executes performance of Uniform Commercial Code – Article 3 – NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS, and Article 5 – LETTERS OF CREDIT by any corporation via [U.S.] GSA VENDOR for discharge, in the corporate debt-slavery system.  Our NEGOTIABLE FICTITIOUS INSTRUMENTS may be used in any bank and “courtroom”; as DEBT is defined –by them- as Protected First Amendment Speech under the Incorporated Constitution.  Donald Trump even used these Debt mechanizations to literally buy the US, Inc Presidency FOR EXACTLY NOTHING [Debt].  Even Hillary Clinton helped herself.  It’s what BAR Attorneys do…  and do well enough to be able to scam people and then use their positions to do it.

Our own American National Money Order works with a second document called a “Letter of Credit.”  These two documents are what Michael Tellinger discusses below.  Despite claims that such fictitious debt instruments might be against corporate legalisms, the evidence below proves beyond any doubt that issuing our own fictitious debt instruments is accepted by banks, such as JP Morgan (see Updates below).  All corporations are required -by legal code- to accept debts as money, and a few do.  Others defend their unconscionable fictitious debt instruments with real threats, violence, and prison.

We need to know what debt is and how it works, even if we do not use debt ourselves.  Banks and de facto [read: illegitimate] government use debt mechanisms EVERY DAY “against” the people.

Negotiable Instruments

A Negotiable Instrument is a piece of paper that represents something else.  It can be written ON the thing that it represents, such as classic whiskey bottles, or it could be separated from the thing it represents, like a birth certificate that makes the human body “surety” for the debt of the “artificial person” (strawman) until we take possession of the birth certificate by getting them apostillized with a Certificate of Authentication; a process more important than getting a Driver’s License.
