From the Rule of Law to Weaponized Law

by Paul Craig Roberts (link to original) – In my book, The Tyranny of Good Intentions (2000), I discussed the weaponization of law in order to easier convict criminals.  Once this process begins, it expands.  In the 21st century we have witnessed a remarkable expansion in the weaponization of law. For example, the use of weaponized law against Trump rally attendees and against President Trump himself.  The weaponization of law has brought no protests from law faculties, bar associations, Congress, media, or federal judges. 

Consequently, we have become a society in which the function of law is to get someone or to achieve an agenda that cannot be achieved legislatively.  The person doesn’t have to be guilty of a crime.  Merely being demonized or disapproved of suffices.  Law now serves not justice but  political and ideological emotions and the agendas of the powerful. 

That the entire legal profession and all of its institutions have stood aside for this transformation of law indicates that freedom is no longer a value.  Consequently, Constitutional protections are less and less enforced.  White Americans have suffered discrimination in university admissions, hiring, and promotion for more than a half century.  Government and its agencies have used print, TV, and social media to censor and control explanations.  Spying on citizens without court approved warrants is widespread. The US has declared its law to be enforceable worldwide, even applicable to foreign national journalists such as Julian Assange, and to the President of Russia.

(ed. note: Assange is explainable as the “courts” being “military courtroom tribunal” franchises of the UN and Assange being a “UN National” from WW2 (defined as war criminals); everyone is “domestic” under the UN which is how the 11th Amendment was corrupted and legal fictionally “construed” to not protect Assange.)

Biden Shows his UN-WHO Globalist Flag

According to the Futurist, Biden has stated that he will rejoin the United Nations -Global Military Dictatorship- medical tyranny corporation World Health Organization (“WHO”).

Another of Biden’s promises will have particular significance during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Back in July, he promised to reverse the incumbent Donald Trump’s controversial April decision to leave the World Health Organization — the United Nations’ agency that oversees and coordinates global public health efforts.

“Americans are safer when America is engaged in strengthening global health,” Biden said at the time. “On my first day as President, I will rejoin the WHO and restore our leadership on the world stage.”

Biden is proving himself as a follower of the global Deep State due to his reversal of Trumps decision to leave the UN-WHO. Biden will do nothing to stop the Global Deep State (medical) tyranny as he is in on it. Trump is/was at least willing to challenge the global Deep State idiocracy.

The Hunter Biden Laptop leaks were particularly telling revealing how Biden could be and likely already is controlled by the Chinese Communist Party (“CCP”). Biden seems much to prefer global communism of the United Nations on behalf of China than any actual American Ideals of capitalism and democratic republic. Trump, however backwards it may have been, is/was restoring the sovereignty of America that absolutely was given to the United Nations by generations of presidents. These Presidents said almost nothing.

The common reasons to vote are not the actual legal purpose of voting, as defined by the United Nations. Voting gives consent and authority to the New World Order Global Military Dictatorship called the United Nations. This consent to tyranny is gathered through artificial persons called legal presences. The highest level of legal presence s the United Nations National, as defined in the Paris Peace Treaty of 1947 – Article 78 and Law of Peace, Dept of the Army, 1979.

The will of of the people is the basis of government authority exercised by voting, according to the UN UDHR Article 21.3. They are not talking about free will, they are talking about a legal death will, and the “choice of law” defined there-in.

The legal presence artificial person is civiliter mortuus (dead in the eye of the law), and so the death will of the legal presence gives the government authority to commit global police state/medical tyranny.

The US Constitution is subverted by the UN through conversion of Constitutional Courts across the land into UN Competent National [Military] Tribunals, operating on guilt until proven innocent.
