Four years ago, JPMorgan Chase reached a then-record settlement with the Department of Justice after, among other things, the bank received a copy of a U.S. attorney’s draft complaint documenting its alleged role in underwriting fraudulent securities in the years leading up to the 2008 financial crisis. Following the bank’s $13 billion financial agreement, the draft complaint was never filed. Then the bank paid another settlement to prevent a separate legal case from potentially unearthing it. The contents of the draft complaint have long been a financial-crisis mystery, a Great White Whale of a document. At least until now.

To wit, UN Member-Nations are not Nations; member-Nations license “legal presence” artificial “PERSON” franchises from the United Nations.

The using of a “legal presence” in any matter -no matter what -and particularly when in courtrooms- stems from the licensing of the “legal presence” from the UN; the single global franchise licenser of “legal presences.”

Donald Trump Directly Bought the President’s Office for Nothing (mere debt)

President Trump loaned himself the “debt-money” –which came from nothing!– to purchase the CEO-President’s Office of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION.  The “money” he loaned himself literally came from nothing…  that is what underwriting is: magically creating debt from nothing by entering it into a book entry.  The process of debt creation violates double entry accounting standards.

Trump used the mechanism of Debt Creation to literally finance his campaign from Exactly Nothing. The loan from “himself as a creditor” to “himself as a debtor” was a PROMISSORY NOTE that DONALD J. TRUMP signed- making it worth the stated value. The bankers then took the PROMISSORY NOTE and underwrote it as a loan- fresh new DEBT-MONEY to buy the President’s Office.  This debt-money did NOT exist before, and was not in Donald’s bank accounts, indeed… he only needed to show that it could be paid back.

Wells Fargo Directors Face Wrath for Complicity In Bank Corruption

Board of directors dealt low-confidence vote, met with fierce protests in and outside of annual shareholder meeting

Met by fierce protests both inside and out the annual shareholder meeting in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida on Tuesday, members of the Wells Fargo board of directors refused to step down despite expressions of outrage and no confidence for their handling of a massive consumer banking scam.

The meeting marked the first for shareholders since the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) last September exposed the bank for opening millions of unauthorized accounts, which saddled many customers with fees and blemishes on their credit score, all in the name of meeting unrealistic sales quotas.

The massive scandal and fallout led to the resignation of former CEO John Stumpf and Tuesday’s meeting was expected to be the moment that the directors would be held to account.
