The Over-Criminalization of American Life

The over-criminalization of America has undermined justice, the rule of law and legal egalitarianism.

While the corporate media devotes itself to sports, entertainment, dining out and the latest political kerfuffle, America has become the Over-Criminalization Capital of the World. The proliferation of laws and administrative regulations, federal, state and local, that carry criminal penalties has swollen into the tens of thousands.

The number of incarcerated Americans exceeds 2.3 million, with the majority being non-violent offenders–often for War on Drugs offenses.

The over-criminalization of America is a relatively recent trend. As Harris notes:

In Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Robotic Artificial Intelligent POLIC.y E.nforcers are being created to enforce legalized corporate STATUTES.  Corporate STATUTES are singularly enforceable as merely and only DEBT.

These AI Robotic “corporate policy enforcers” are property of the Governmental Corporations until they are given PERSONHOOD.  Then simply touching one of these robots would become “ASSAULTING A POLICE ROBOT PERSON”- when robots gain LEGAL PERSONHOOD.

The European Union Corporation is already giving Artificial Intelligence Robots “legal personhood” called a DIGITAL PERSON.  While “personhood” was originally meant for only humans, corporations have been given personhood, Dolphins have personhood, Rivers have personhood, Religions have Personhood, Debt has personhood, and so does AI Robots.

Artificial Intelligence Reads Mind for LEGAL GUILT

Researchers are using MRIs to determine theoretical “guilt” and then passing the MRI data to an ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE to then read the patterns and determine guilt.

There are many issues.  First, EVERYTHING a human does is a legal crime:  over-regulation has made it such that every day each US Citizen commits three felonies each day.  The statutes are so out of control and contradictory that nearly everything we do is a crime in some way by some statutory code.

Second, the US States have made being a human over the claims of being a “legal presence artificial ‘person’ corporation trust trade-name insurance franchise” a felony crime of perjury!

Before there is a STATE issued VEHICLE TITLE, the vehicle is (likely) sitting in a registered dealer’s lot.  While it sits there, the registered dealer has a MANUFACTURER’S CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN.  According to:
