EINs for the United States, Inc and Child Corporations

These are the EINS of the various Governmental Services Organizations.  This shows that every aspect of the criminal UNITED STATES slavery system is its own corporate entity.

Governmental EINs:

Amazingly, we find that the “United States” has incorporated multiple times, that the Whitehouse, House of Representatives, Congress, and Judiciary are all separate CORPORATIONS with their own EINs, and that the Treasury from 1789 is not the same as the current Treasury.

Indicted GSA Official is a Blast from the POGO’s Past

General Services Administration building

The Project On Government Oversight did a double-take at news that a former General Services Administration (GSA) official and her husband were indicted for fraud and nepotism. Bells went off when we saw that the ex-official in question is Helen “Renee” Ballard and that the alleged wrongdoing involved tech contracting giant CACI International.

According to the indictment, Renee, a supervisory contract specialist at GSA from 2006 to 2011, and her husband, Robert “Steve” Ballard, fraudulently induced CACI to hire Steve and several of the Ballards’ relatives to work on a contract Renee was overseeing. Renee and Steve are accused of submitting scores of fake employment applications and doctored résumés to CACI and other contractors and several federal agencies to land plum jobs for Renee’s husband, brother, sister-in-law, and father, and the daughter of one of Renee’s GSA co-workers. Renee herself worked at CACI from June 2003 through September 2004.

The Ballards face up to 20 years in prison and forfeiture of $1.3 million if convicted on the charges, which include conspiracy, wire fraud, aggravated identity theft, and false statements. Continue reading Indicted GSA Official is a Blast from POGO’s Past

Michigan Secretary of State refuses to return Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin

Before there is a STATE issued VEHICLE TITLE, the vehicle is (likely) sitting in a registered dealer’s lot.  While it sits there, the registered dealer has a MANUFACTURER’S CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN.  According to:

Vehicle Titles: What are they?

After sending out 50 FOIA requests for each of the 50 States, the ultimate commentary is that the States do not use a bank to underwrite their vehicle titles as a bank note.  These are the responses from the State DMVs that understood what an underwriter is and does.

There are significant anomalies though.  All the states claim that their vehicle titles are printed on security paper….  but it doesn’t secure anything and isn’t a security.  hmmm…

Several States claimed that their vehicle titles are printed on BANK NOTE PAPER and one state even said that a VEHICLE TITLE is a bank note but that there isn’t any underwriter!  (Read on: underwriting may be out-sourced to the GSA, or Department of Revenue, or the Department of Treasury)

The two handfuls of States issue their VEHICLE TITLES from the DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE (DOR).  The Mississippi DOR FAQ even claims that a Vehicle Title is a SECURED, NEGOTIABLE DOCUMENT that REPRESENTS ownership.
