Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte told police on Monday they were free to kill ‘idiots’ who violently resist arrest, two days after the funeral of a boy who was gunned down and left next to a pigsty by anti-drugs officers.
Duterte was delivering a prepared speech at the Hero’s Cemetery on the outskirts of Manila and veered off-script to address impromptu comments from Jovie Espenido – the police chief of a town in the south where the mayor was killed in a raid.
In a direct message to his police officers, he said: ‘Your duty requires you to overcome the resistance of the person you are arresting. If he resists, and it is a violent one, you are free to kill the idiots. That is my order to you.’
It comes two days after Kian Delos Santos was laid to rest in a service that was hijacked by hundreds to protest against the leader’s deadly war on drugs.

A months-long investigation which tracked and exposed a massive covert weapons shipment network to terror groups in Syria via diplomatic flights originating in the Caucuses and Eastern Europe under the watch of the CIA and other intelligence agencies has resulted in the interrogation and firing of the Bulgarian journalist who first broke the story. Investigative reporter Dilyana Gaytandzhieva authored a bombshell report for Trud Newspaper, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, which found that an Azerbaijan state airline company was regularly transporting tons of weaponry to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Turkey under diplomatic cover as part of the CIA covert program to supply anti-Assad fighters in Syria. Those weapons, Gaytandzhieva found, ended up in the hands of ISIS and al-Qaeda terrorists in Iraq and Syria.

The only way to not have your essence “LEGALIZE” is to be NON-LEGAL. Be defined as the Attorney-In-Fact over your Legal Presence by:
- Get a State and then a National Certificate of Authentication on the Long Form Birth Certificate
- Sign a Power of Attorney with ALL POWERS, enumerated and unenumerated, between “yourself” -as a legal presence-, and yourself -as a human being, in propria persona-.
- Your own Lawful ID not issued by any governmental services corporation, for yourself as a human being. A Common Law ID works, so does a World Government of World Citizen ID.
Otherwise, the FBI claims ownership over “your” thoughts and memories. They could mandate that all legal presences get microchipped. Anyone too confused to know themselves separate from the “legal presence” might actually believe that they “must get RFID chipped,” when [MONEY] ORDER mandating RFID chips would only be for these corporations/pieces of paper that don’t have bodies. As the CEO/President/Executor of the corporation artificial “person”, we don’t need to get microchipped when the corporation that we are DBA is mandated for RFID chipping, that’s non-sense… a mere legal fiction.

A Florida Court has recently ruled that pointing at corporate policy enforcers is not protected “speech”– where the Policy Enforcers may construe the hand gesture as like a gun, which is entirely discretionary. To these Administrative Clerks posing as “legal fictional JUDGES”, only DEBT –their debt/checks/warrants– is seen as legitimate speech. Such concepts allow “judges” to make all copyright works of art -such as pointing fingers; an act by actors/actresses dressed in the garb of “legal presence”- into something that THEY control, own, en/franchise, en/title, and underwrite. By franchising the act of pointing a finger, the UNITED NATIONS (through the UN Member-Nation) controls the act. The “legal fictional florida judge” Maria Ortiz simply put a DEBT-FRANCHISE price tag on the action to control it, and it was “allowed/consented.”
If you can’t pay up, don’t know that all “court charges” are simply administrative fees, and/or they simply don’t like us, the UN Authorized BAR Attorneys can have the Corporate Policy Enforcers kidnap and cage the SURETY (the human being).

According to three Florida judges, forming one’s hand into the semblance of a pistol and pointing it at an authority figure is not protected by the First Amendment, and is considered as ‘threatening death or great bodily harm.’

Nothing undermines racism quite like this. Angry at what they say is widespread discrimination against them for their chosen profession, (working for stolen funds and tossing peaceful people in jail for victimless crimes) a group of police officers in New York City coined the term “Blue Racism” as a way to draw attention to the mistreatment they say they face at the hands of the public.

Elections: American democracy has a problem — a voting problem. According to a new study of U.S. Census data, America has more registered voters than actual live voters. It’s a troubling fact that puts our nation’s future in peril.
The data come from Judicial Watch’s Election Integrity Project. The group looked at data from 2011 to 2015 produced by the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey, along with data from the federal Election Assistance Commission.
As reported by the National Review’s Deroy Murdock, who did some numbers-crunching of his own, “some 3.5 million more people are registered to vote in the U.S. than are alive among America’s adult citizens. Such staggering inaccuracy is an engraved invitation to voter fraud.”
Murdock counted Judicial Watch’s state-by-state tally and found that 462 U.S. counties had a registration rate exceeding 100% of all eligible voters. That’s 3.552 million people, who Murdock calls “ghost voters.” And how many people is that? There are 21 states that don’t have that many people.

The former police chief of Los Angeles Daryl Gates once suggested that there is something about the anatomy of African Americans that makes them especially susceptible to serious injury from chokeholds, because their arteries do not open as fast as arteries do on “normal people.”
The truth is any human being will suffer distress when pressure on the carotid arteries interrupts the supply of blood from the heart to the brain. Many police departments in the United States have banned chokeholds, but this does not stop some officers from using them when they perceive a threat.
